When do I submit my invoice?
All invoices for the previous month are due by the 5th of the current month. Coach Community will then review and validate all invoices by the 10th of the current month.
When can I expect to receive my payment?
Coaches can expect to have payment by the 20th of each month.
How do I submit my first invoice?
Please submit a W9/W8-BEN and the email address you want used to set up the bill.com account to ap@honehq.com. You will then receive an invitation from bill.com to set up an account which will allow you to submit your first invoice and receive electronic deposits.
How can I update my billing information?
Please reach out to coachsupport@honehq.com to update your billing information.
Where do I send my invoice?
Send your invoice to Accounts Payable (ap@honehq.com).
What template should I use?
We have an invoicing template that you are welcome to use at your convenience:
- Invoice Template - All Coaches (Please be sure to make a new copy of the invoice template each month).
Can I use my own template?
Yes, if you are using your own template, the following information must be included:
- Class Type
- Client Class
- Membership (Public) Class
- Hone Employee Class
- For each class, you must also provide
- Date
- Description of the class (i.e. 75-minute Manager Core class )
- Unit (number of classes taught)
- Price per class
